Abstract

The analysis of the forces acting on the copier was carried out, i.e. on the parallelogram cultivator linkage mechanism, the conditions are determined that ensure a steady movement of the cultivator working bodies at a given processing depth when cultivating the row-spacing of vegetable and other row crops by determining the location of the longitudinal links of the cultivator linkage mechanism. The theoretical prerequisites for the justification of stable movement of the cultivator working bodies are given. The conditions for ensuring the required processing depth and for accurately maintaining the working bodies at a given processing depth, the traction position of the parallelogram mechanism, which provide the specified operating mode, which serve as the theoretical basis for selecting the parameters of the hitch mechanism of copier, ensuring its steady movement between rows of vegetables and other row crops, are determined. The technology of strip inter-tillage of vegetable and melon crops allows cultivation with a minimum protective zone, i.e., in narrow row spacing, thereby significantly reducing labor costs for weeding.
